Open must be equal to 'Yes' in Cust. Ledger Entry: Entry No.=0. Current value is 'No'

I am new to Business Central and currently working on a project to migrate data from Oracle NetSuite to D365 Business Central. During the process of configuring a package and importing data, I encountered an error with the following message:

Open must be equal to ‘Yes’ in Cust. Ledger Entry: Entry No.=0. Current value is ‘No’.

This issue seems to occur across several fields, and I am struggling to identify the root cause. Any guidance or detailed steps on how to manage and resolve this would be extremely helpful.

What i did : im unable to trace anywhere the Entry No.=0 where if found ill be able to set its value to Yes. i tried tracking if such entry exist in the relation table as well but no luck.

Importing data through Config Packages requires experience. This is something your BC partner should be doing, a BC admin, not someone who is new to the BC world.

If you struggle your way through this and you’re successful, you’ll probably regret this down the road as this is opening balances and open entries you’re migrating from another system.
