Open in Excel button is missing for one specific user. what could cause this issue? I checked security settings at first glance it looks like they’re not the reason
Try resetting their personalizations on that form? They may have hitten it by mistake.
Daviti - do you mean the user cannot see the “Open in Microsoft Office” button in the top right of any form? Or is there a specific form where the button or a template under the button is missing?
I believe the standard security for the button is the “Office integration power user” under system user.

I have no clue what was the issue, I recreated the form and it works now
