One Company multiple locations

My problem is how can I get invoices to print a different trading name on the header if I sell from different locations. Currently on the company information form I can only specify one company name and logo.

Has anyone had a requirement where a company had more than one trading name based on geographical location,

e.g. Sydney Food (in Sydney) and Gosford Food (in Gosford) and that the trading names had different addresses and logos.

Can someone let me know if there is a solution to this through standard Nav functionality (I though Responsibility Centers might do this but you cannot use different logos and the address on an invoice is always the company address.

Hi,

Standard Nav does not have this functionality, but it is quite easy to code - just a change to the document report will do, just need to be careful with the statement print.

…and mind that you can have one Location Code on the Sales Header and several other ones on Sales Lines

You can modify Company Information to accept multiple records or use Responsibility Centers.
