On May 1st, the EU introduces 10 new countries

These are: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. This news should create fantastic opportunities for those MBS professionals who will now be able to take advantage of working freely across Europe, as well as being a source of relief to companies who have found the need to administer work permits something of a barrier to employment. However, together with cut price flights from European cities with certain operators, Europe is fast becoming much more accessible for all. This can only be good news for individuals, and those companies requiring to employ only the best skills available. Good luck!

Üdvözöljük az új EU tagállamait!

u take the point  what does it mean ?

It means: We are welcoming the new EU member states! In one of the new languages: Hungarian.

Hi Erik, I love your excitement and I hope one day Romania makes it in also. But if I remember correctly from what I read, there is a phase-in period in which the new countries will still need work permits to work in the existing countries. And I think that is for few years … Anyone knows what is really the truth? Cristi

Yep Cristi - you have understood it correctly. We are welcome but EU is still cautious :).
