Not able to Print Multiple Item Tags from Sales Order

We’re using Microsoft Dynamics NAV version NA 4.00 SP3 (5.0 SP1) and have just recently installed a new item tag printer - the Zebra S4M.

Since we’ve installed and configured the printer, we no longer can print multiple tickets from a sales order. When we try, it only prints one or two of the list - and I can’t figure out how it’s even choosing which ones to print. Previously we were using a Datamax e-4203. We changed nothing in the NAV setup, just installed & configured the new printer itself.

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Dynamics User Group!

Have a look at the printer selection in Nav and see if the old printer is referenced. Also have you tried to print multiple copied from another application (e.g. Word) to see if it’s the printer driver.
