Not able to Install BC Demo Version of BC on my Surface Laptop

Hello Experts,
I am trying to install Demo version of BC on my Surface laptop but getting the enclosed error, need your urgent help.

Please check, do you have IIS installed or not. If not then first install it and try again for installation.

Please check, do you have the installed .Net Core SDK for IIS because BC reqauired it.

I do have that. It looks weird to me as well.
