No ping from client session Terminating the session.

Hi,

Sometimes users ,without system administrator rights, cannot start the client, or the client is not responding. In the event viewer we see following message in these times:

Object Server 01: No ping from client session 66 (User: XXX, ClientType: Worker). Terminating the session.

Users with System administrator rights do not face this problem.

Do you have any idea, why this could happen?
