no jobs displays in shop floor control while selecting job registration!!!

So your next step is to login as a shop floor employee and verify that the work centre through which the jobs are scheudled is picking up the work and it is visible to the employee. The clocking in screen would seem to be configured correctly.

I presume you have not modified this area?

I presume the Production parameters are actually set to job scheduling?

I presume the status of the production order is NOT scheduled?

I presume the jobs button on the production order shows you the jobs.

below, strikthrough part is not clear to me!

1)i did log in as shop floor employee.

  1. how to verify that work center through which the jobs are scheduled is picking up the work and it is visible to employee.

  2. i have configured clock in screen.

4)yes i have set this production parameter to job sche.

5)we have both the type of orders with status “Scheduled,Start, etc”… on production order.

6)yes i verified that if i press job button then it show list of job(i have past image related to this in very first post)

hi,

i found one problem, as one necessory parameter is while running wizard, we need to check numberSeq. assigned for Job Identification = Job identification (in ProductionModule).

so i have change this sequence, but got problem as shown below, can anybody firgure it out why it shows “x” for operation Job numbers???

Taking it back to basics, if the system is set to job scheduled, and you have set production to started then it will appear in the screen depending upon the configuration of the registration screen. Without standing there and doing it there is little more I can do - you have all the settings set. Obviously a scheduled order will not be visible, so I hope you are not looking for one order, you said ALL orders, which the jobs setting in start would provide.

You crossed point 2 out so I presume if you logged in as a user and selected a work centre there is still no difference. The point of shop floor control in this environment is that it is keyed to the user, so the users see filtered next jobs in the work centre they work in.

The operations getting job numbers is not relevant, they are getting job numbers by default in the job scheduling so this is not your issue.

I suggest you log it with your partner, or if you are a partner get someone experieinced with shop floor control to look at your setup or log your question with Microsoft. All I can say is I have no issues and I am set the same as you for the important settings, although you did not confirm that there are no modifications present of course.

Finally i have solved all confusing parameters with the help of Adam,

for above missing “Assign Operations job numbers?” error is because,

  1. i have set operation scheduling at Production parameters & here in SFC i have set Job Level = “JOB”

  2. also while running wizard at SFC check NumberSequence for “job Identifiction number”, which must be same as in production parameters.

Thank you all for your support.
