I dont know if this is the right forum but my CEO is trying to consider adding project ops to our dynamic - we’ve been using dynamics for years but we manage our projects in another tool, including timesheets. We keep getting stuck trying to follow various tutorials we are finding and are trying to figure out where to find help.
Specifically - creating a project from a quote?
He was on quote line / details and selected ‘import from project’ and kept getting the message ‘record is unavailable’
I appreciate any help or advice
