navision service is stopping 4-5 times a day !! i uninstalled the service, and installed a new one from a new navision folder. error still occur (window error 1067)
I’ve seen a similar thing happen where a faulty network card on one of the client pc’s would cause the Navision server to shut down every couple of minutes. Maybe something similar is happening? a.
kamalb, I had that problem once, long long ago(with NT 4). But don’t remember the reasons. Wich version of Navision do you use? On wich operating system? Do you work with user portal of some kind of web shop? Check your log files.
Do a full hardware check up… Memory or Hard drive problem can cause this problem too.
I know that in 3.70 their are situations known where this occurs. Even MBS didn’t know the answer back then. Not really helping, but still, so you know…
Hi, It looks like client quotas have either exceeded or become corrupt. Does this help? If not ask your system administrator to increase user quotas and/or chkdsk /f the hard disks. Yonis
the Operating system is windows 2000 server with 1 GB Memory Navison version is 3.01B Im not using Navision Portal neither a web shop.
would you clarify your point please ? The Quotas you are talking about!! on the Navision server machine ? or at client side ?

Hi, When I first saw this, I just did a google for Windows 1067. There were some interesting articles about this error message. If you start Windows Explorer and go to the properties of your drive there should be a quota tab where you can configure quota management. I’ve just done another google for Windows Error 1067, this is the official Microsoft definition: - http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/debug/base/system_error_codes__1000-1299_.asp It doesn’t tell you a great deal other than that the process stopped abnormally. You desparatly need to check your application and system event logs (eventvwr). That should give a bit more insight to your problem.
