Basically the way it works, is that you MUST buy through a Navision NSC (Dynamics VAR). So you will need to find one of these and get them to get a quote to you.
You can contact your local Microsoft office to get the name of a VAR, but also try Google an search for Microsoft Dynamics VAR etc. Also you could get replies in this thread (which I will move from the Developers forum to the correct forum [;)] ) but please update your profile if you want some one to contact you, at the minimum, your industry, and location.
Doh ! I moved the topic BEFORE I changed the title to make sense, now I can’t moderate in this forum [:$]
Amol, you need to change the topic title, otherwise you will not get the right people reading it. Change it to somethign like:
How to purchase Dynamics NAV as an End User.
Amol,
Dynamics NAV is VERY configurable when it comes to purchasing the product. I can give estimates based on my experience, but these would be ball-park guesses only (US Dollars).

At a BARE minimum expect to spend at least $10-15k on the product. The smallest solution my company has ever sold was just over $12k. Then again there have been a few sales in the $100k+, just in software and user licenses.
-
No, user licenses are a purchased separately. With software and user licenses for 10 people, expect something in the range of $50k.
-
Modules/granules are priced and purchased individually.

If your company will require more than just look and feel modifications, ie. put your company logo on the sales order report, make the mandatory fields on the order form yellow… then you will probably want to purchase the report, form and table designer licenses which come with a group objects for use with each. You get licensing for use of the objects, AND the ability to make your own basic modifications to the system. It’s the best deal.
You can contact Microsoft to find a partner able to help you by going to:

Or respond here with your contact information…
Hi Digi,
bascially all that is no longer valid with the new pricing model, now its all "business ready licensing. There are quite few threads on the forum about it.
The following should get you started in the right direction:
http://dynamicsusers.org/blogs/admin/archive/2006/07/11/2221.aspx
http://dynamicsusers.org/forums/post/3884.aspx

You can locate a Microsoft Partner by going to microsoft.com and select business solutions, then follow the links to the Navision, there you can lookup partners in your area, or talk live to a Microsoft Service Rep. and they can assist you in finding a partner. They should also be able to answer your basic questions. Be sure to ask for several partners, and require those partners to give you references.
