In this table i found One intresting News that delete data from Tables.
Is it the proper way to delete the data from posted transations.
If i use that database did i get any problems in future.
That to Item ledger, General ledger…
Please suggest me did anybody use this tool.

In general I would be very care full before using such a tool. There are sooo many places you have to delete/reset data before you can use it. So personally I would never use such a tool.
We are always doing it the other way around. First we do the “production setup” in our production database. And then we copy this database (or sometimes just the company) and then uses this copy as our testing database/company. If we find some errors in the setup doing testing. Then this must be documented and the same corrections done manually in our “production database”.
But if I’m not quite wrong then you can use some of the setup tools in NAV 5.0 and newer to do this also.
