First, urgent is the word you should avoid in forums like DUG - for urgent questions call MS Paid Support lines.
Second - might you bother to check the Downloads section before asking such elementary things?

What license you mean?
If full Developer - these are available ONLY for MS Partners, MS canceled the practice of giving named licences to people who passed Dev certification exams many years ago, and even then these could be used in a Partner company, fixed in the License together with person’s name.
A (very…) limited Dev license for some learning purposes can be obtained, if you buy MSDN Premium subscription.

Actually i was previously working in NAV based IT Co. Then i left out there. Now again i want to shift to NAV based co. So i just want a nav database to get train.

Get trained in What? Developing or using? If you were previously working in NAV based IT Co then why were you not trained their as well as knowing how to get a copy of NAV?

2nd, there was nothing wrong with Modris Ivans post. Nothing on a FREE ADVICE forum should be marked as Urgent and even after that he still suggests a location for you to look. Actually i was working as a functional consultant sinc 2009 june. THen i switch over to accounts concern.
Again i planned to switch back to navision. So i want just to get back my memories. For that i want a database with license file.so that i can train with all modules especially finance & inventory.
As i dont knw where i can get, so please help in this regard.
