I’m about to embarque into a new project that involves data transfering between a client application through a BizTalk server which pulls data from Navision. At least this is how it’s supposed to be… But I’m quite at a loss when it comes to the integration between BizTalk and Navision. So if anyone has experience with the problem please feel free to post. Would you be able to provide some more detail regarding the proposed integration:
- How is the client application exposed (web-services, flat-file, Xml over HTTP etc.)?
- Are these orders, invoices, or another type of message?
- Which version of BizTalk Server are you using?
- Do you have any workflow or business rule requirements?
- Do you have any tracking requirements?
