Navigation Pane modules not visible for one user

In my company there’s one user who sees no AX modules in the navigation pane. He only sees his favorites. There’s also no ‘splitline’ to drag the modules into visibility.

I’ve already reset all his user settings (in the test environment) but that didn’t help.

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this problem?

Hi Marc,

At the right top corner click on View(Alt+V)… under that click on navigation pane options and then click on Reset.

And later on also click on Navigation pane by pressing Alt+V.

By this you would able to see all the modules.

Thanks, I already tried that. All modules are marked so they should be visible but they’re not…

Solved.

I switched the monitor into pivot so I had a large vertical resolution. Then I could see the splitline for the modules so I could drag them up.
