is it possible that a language module made for 4.0 sp3 may work on NAV 5.0?
is there a scheduled release for language packs for 5.0?

In download section there are a few language modules. If you don’t access to partnersource tell me witch languages modules you want to I upload it do download section.
turkish for 5.0 :S
I have checked in partnersource and there isn’t any language module for Turkish. Even in download section form NAV 5.0 there isn’t any official release. Somehow it’s only available release 4.0 Sp3 and it will be available NAV 5.0 SP1.
