I am working on Nav 2009.
Amount to be round in the PO/SO and Purchase Invoice / Sales Invoice.
For example:
Line Amount - 1000.48
VAT amount - 44.15 ( This value should round to nearest value)
Total value - . 1045 .00 ( =1044.63).
There is no setup for rounding as mentioned above
Could i know the reason why NAV is missing the rounding as explained above.

I would suggest you explain what is required then.
Purchase Invoice / Sales Invoice value should round to nearest value when user posted as explained above means line amount should not round , Total amount should round to nearest value.
So you want the lines of an order to never match the total and therefore any confirmation never matches an invoice.
Not sure why you would expect this to be basic functionality, it will mess up Tax and reconciliation and payment.
If you need it modify it. But question why you need it, really why you need it in this manner, first.

actually this is wrong. Government will not allow you to get 37c tax free… If you apdate total amount you have to recalculate tax because by rounding you just changed your price.

In General Ledger Setup > Tax Information Tab> VAT Rounding Precision: 1.00
VAT Rounding Type: Nearest
And General Ledger Setup > General Tab > Invoice Rounding Precision: 1.00
Invoice Rounding Type (LCY): Nearest

It does not work .
No of course it would not work - it would give you a TAX/LINE/TOTAL inbalance. No business in the UK would ever pay an invoice issued in this manner.
