The issue though is if they want to get “certified” or 'Qualified" The topic says Certified, but the text of the post says qualified, and personally I see these as two different issues.

Well, in order to get qualified, you have to be certified, I don’t think they’re mutually exclusive. [;)]

Well, IMHO David just wanted to emphasize that “Certified” not always means “Qualified”, too [:)]

Just like having a college degree doesn’t necessary mean you’re smart. But the world revolves around certification papers, and that’s how it works.
