Nav 4 - sales order reservation report

Does Nav 4 come with a sales order reservation report as standard?

Currently we do not reserve our stock in Nav 4, we have the issue of determining the sequence that the quantity of stock should be allocated to sales in the correct order. I realise that reserving stock is one option but need documentation to show how to manage this process. Is anyone able to give me advice on this? Any help is gratefully appreciated.

If you’re looking for a report that will run thru sales orders sorted in a particular fashion and tell you what qty. of the items on the order you can ship immediately (and/or automatically reserve these items), taking into account all the orders with that item that are ahead of it in the sort… no.

Have your MS partner give you a walk thru of using reservations. It should be less than an hour.
