Hi Everyone,
I have recently installed the demo version of NAV 2017 and I’d like to use the object designer in the Development Environment.
When I log in to the Demo database and open object designer, I can access to the design function on none of the object.
The error message I got is: “You don’t have permission to run…” contact your administrator.
My user ID is created as a super user in NAV, so I don’t know why I can’t access to the codes.
Could you please help me resolve my issue?

Make sure you have uploaded your developers license and restart the service and it should work.

Thank you for the reply sbhatbng, I’m afraid I don’t have a developers license, I just wanted to experiment on the demo database…

You can only change a few of the objects with the Cronus license and you find the details here:
