NAV 2009 SP1 EDI Question

When we launch the View Common Received Files within the File Cabinet under Electronic Data Interchange–>Processing–Tasks–>File Cabinet–>View Common Received Files, it does not show any of the files that are sitting in the file cabinet.
If we follow the same steps in our UAT environment, it shows files as expected.
We’ve checked the file path for the shared drive that Production is referencing and permissions appear to be correct.

We also seem to be having an issue with exporting a document from the Send Document list and running the Export EDI Send Document Report. It seems to create the file in the outbox\temp directory but only contains the ISA/GS lines. After the action is executed, we get a popup notification stating:
“Unable to create EDI File \[redacted][redacted][redacted]\Outbox\temp[filename].edi”

We are unsure if the two issues are related or not, but again, both seem to work fine in UAT its just in Production that we are seeing this.
