NAV 2009 R2: Sales order lines showed with wrong sorting

In a NAV 2009 R2 (build 32982 - November 2011) some of the users are experiencing some strange behavior.

When entering orders they often must stop in the middle of entering the lines. Typically because they have a customer on the phone and have to lookup a different customer. They leave the order they are entring open.

When they come “back” to the order they were entering, then sometimes the lines are not sorted correctly. It’s like the first line is listed as the last line on the order. And if they just continue to enter the lines after “the last” line, then it’s inserted relative to that line.

So it’s like the order lines are not sorted correctly, despite the user is not changing sorting-key or anything different. And it’s not always happing and not to all users. And pressing F5 (refesh) when returning to the order will reset the way the order is displayed. But to me this is an obvious error in NAV 2009. Did anyone experience something similar, and do you know if theres a later build which fixes this?

NAV is running under Citrix.

Found the fix to this problem:

KB 2907594 - Build 6.0.35711 - The first order line is moved to a new record after the last order line when you enter more than 20 order lines in a sales order in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.
