Or you have had something like detailed phone bills, and wish to apply them to some persons/departments/projects/whatever?

I didn’t mean that these are “ready” to link with Navision, I wanted to say that there are some PBXs out there, which themselves are capable to accumulate and “export” info about calls to a PC.
Many (nowadays I think all) of them are configured by means of a PC, but that doesn’t mean you can get call data - only high-end ones can, and they coooost…
You will have to examine output formats, then import data into intermediate table in Navision – then some coding will be necessary to process data.
That means, you will need to buy some Objects, Tables & Codeunits, if you haven’t them already, and someone to do the job - normally a Partner.
