NAV 2009 - Business Notifications in RTC

Our sales department utilizes business notifications to track the communication associated with an order during its life in the system. The system is working fine for all users except one, who is no longer receiving any notifications. Nothing has changed in the environment specific to this user. Is there anything local to this particular user that should be reviewed to get the alerts flowing to her again?

First of all you check or compare with other settings with that particular user wheter He/She has a proper setting as others have then Make sure that user has all right component.
