We do have the Business Analytics Setup in NAV 2009 R2. I’ve downloaded a configurator and did run a Default cube there that created a BA db and a BA cube on a SQL Server. So, there is a great possibility to create SSRS reports based on this but all those reports would be outside of NAV.
So, I’m wondering if it could be also used to create a native NAV Classic reports and/or RTC reports inside NAV based on the NAV cube created using the configurator. Please, advise.
If somebody could point me to a few advantages of using the Business Analytics Setup in NAV that would be also great as it seems as I could do the same using SSIS and creating a Cube directly on a SQL Server pulling data from NAV.
