Hello all.
We are trying out RTC, with the intention of using across the company. We are very impressed with the useability, especially the my items/customers/notes etc…
The my customers/vendors work fine, but on the my items i can no longer select a new item, there is no drop down. I tried to manually type in the item code, but as soon as i tab out, it disappears.
Has anyone come across this before, and is it an easy fix?
