Multiple Customer Service Contracts

In reading through the Service Management documentation, it appears as there is only a 1:1 service contract to customer ratio. I have a client who is interested in setting up Service Contracts that can be assigned to multiple customers as this is a standard contract. Does anyone know 1) if this can be done; 2) if it can, how; and 3) if it can’t, some alternative approaches? Thanks for ANY and ALL help here! mls

Hi Open the setup menu > Service Contract > Templates Create a template Open Contract quote Creating a new contract qoute you will be asked the question; “Do you want to create the contract qoute from a template?” Click Yes, and choose the template you want. (Attain 3.10A) Regards, Karl
