This is possible by changing captions on various objects, but this will be quite an excercise as we do not just have a Customer page, but also fields like Sell-to Customer, etc.
If this is really a “must” I would do this by doing a pseudo translation using a translation tool (see some notes here).

But when that has been said, then it’s not something I would recommend, unless you are ok with spending a lot of time doing both now and every time there is a new version. The way you should look at this is that you are basically creating a new “Country Version”, because what you are doing here is not very different from creating a new language. So to do this you are using the Language functionality.
