Monthly average cost

I found that AX 2012 R3 has a feature for China region specifically, the “Monthly average cost” in the Item model group as below:

Unfortunately, on the AX 2012 R3 demo system i cannot find this option. and i cannot find any specification for how to enable this feature.

On your legal entity set the country code to China (before doing this ensure the country/regional configuration is set for China)
