Missing physical cost amount

I have a question where certain Item Details have physical cost amount captured and some doesn’t have. May iknow which setup caused this problem and suggest a solution to rectify it . Inventory Management >> Item Details >> On-Hand button>> Physical cost amount, Financial Cost amount and Cost price.

The physical cost amount will be updated when the inventory is update physically(purchase packing slip/ production RAF …).

To have the cost price after the physical update, the model group should have the Include Physical Value parameter enabled.

Regarding the first line mention about the physical cost amount update found out that my purchase packing slip (PO) is recorded but on the other hand production RAF (PWO) doesn’t have any record for physical cost amount,

Isn’t i miss out some thing important on Item used in production during on setup.

Please advise.

In Production have you set your costing to actual or estimate? What costing method do you use?
