Hi All,

I have uninstalled Sharepoint foundation 2010 on server and want to install Sharepoint server 2010. I am not able to install it. I have also tried to uninstalling sharepoint server 2010 and again reinstalling it. But the setup is failing on both uninsall and installation. The error is:

Microsoft SharePoint server 2010 encountered an error during setup. One or more required office components is not installed completely.

Pls let me know if anybody have a solution for this… urgent…

Thanks for replying. I have installed the SharePoint Server 2010 successfully. But now I’m facing a new problem, I am not able to logon to the SharePoint Server 2010 central administration page.It is not accepting username and password.

I am sharing the snapshot of the page.
