“I need to be able to insert a mini & max levels into Navision. so that when our stock reaches the mini level we will be able to see that stock needs to be ordered and that the store man does not wait till he has nothing and then wants to request stock from procurement. so in sort what I would like to know is if in Navision we can add our minimum and maxi levels.”
The thread i read does not detail a solution , only an explanation. Please help
Set the items replishment system to Purchase
On the Planning Tab set:
Reordering Policy Fixed Reorder Qty.
Set the reorder qty to the level that you want the inventory to reach to reorder.
Set the safety stock if you want to add a buffer.
Enter a reorder quantity, Minimum Order and Maximum and Order multiple.
Select Calculate plan on the purchase requisistion worksheet to get those items that meet the requirements
