Arno, if your solutions center uses the navision methodology they could send you a copy of this doc., they also have a cd with many other usefull ppt’s and word doc’s to structure your processes…

To acknowledge that this post may be a bit hypocritical I realize that what I discuss here is not on topic with this thread but I felt the need to post it anyway to try to support those who are making an attempt to properly use this forum. Whoa! What an amazing misuse of a tool that could be, if used correctly a very precise and valuable source of information. It is everyone’s responsibility to become familiar with the entire topic to keep the thread on track. Please do as the moderator asks and read the TOPIC not just the last two lines before posting, and only post when necessary. Remember we are all using this forum as an information resource and when people post irresponsibly it nearly makes the whole thread useless.

I just read the entire topic, surprised I never replied to it originally. It is quite funny in places and I do not find it ironic at all that we have had two requests for it 8 years later - as someone said; Oldest Post still going, Least Read with the most reads, and most replies. [:D]
