As a part of implementation, we are required to capture customer’s data. Do we have any pre defined formats which can be used for capturing master and setup information of the customer?

hi would any one send me the implementation methodology on navision. if any one need the implementation methodology other than navision i can help . i feel it should be the same . there cannot be a unique methodology .
The full methodology comprises more than 300 MB. Pretty hard to send by mail. Get it at your national Navision organization.
