Hello everyone, we can find one Axapta implementation guide in the bin directory of the Navision Axapta client, is this ‘implementation methodology’ document mentioned the same or something different. If this is a different document then can i also get the document , my id is ‘girish_axapta@yahoo.co.uk’ . Is there any document available which suggests the way of considering what to be installed depending on the requirement. Like when does installation of AOS very much necessary . If say there are around 50 concurrent users then will Axapta 2-tier implementaion of Axapta applicaation on one server and then having client on individual user machines will do or we need to have AOS. Thanks.

The Navision Methodology is not just one book. It is a number of documents, including word, Excel MS project Visio etc. It is a complete methodology of how to implment Navision. I am not sure about now, but in its earlies release, the documentation was available ONLY to those that attended the Methodology training. In fact without the training it is very hard to use the documents. I had it, but can no longer find it… sorry. By the way in its entirety, its about 100Meg of files.

Dear all, Sorry for this long waiting. Navision Implementation methodology is a collection of files, driven by one central tree. Zip file is 267 MB large. Impossible to upload on Navision.net. Does someone have a free FTP side that we can use to share this tool. Will be pleased to share this with all of you. Best regards

hi all the implementation methodology is provided by the NTR to the NSC’s and it is very huge & exhaustive but very important and it is neccessary to strictly follow it. It will benefit both the NSC & their clients by folowing the Navision Methodology. There are many documents, Powerpoints and even few MsProjects and viso files which are provided by the NTR. Its better you conatct your NTR. Thanks & Regards vaibhav pednekar

My advice should be, have a look to all documents following the tree logic, see what can be helpfull in your situation and use it. I already work with other similar tool (ASAP 46: Route Map for SAP). Get the best out of it and forget the rest. Someone can advice an FTP address (for 270 MB) or should I send a CD to Navision.net Best regards
