Main Account No visiable when making Journal Vouchar

Dear Expert,

I have one query regarding Main Account creation in COA.

I have Created one Main Account (0107) in company CEU in damo database. When i want to enter one journal entry then this account no visible in COA. Even same account in visible in Main Account Form.

Please suggest what wrong i did?

Did you configured properly the options using “level of main account to display is used” in main account ?

Check following configurations:

  1. COA Structure. Check what all account ranges are defined. Normally people include a/c in 6 digits, this can be miss.

  2. Whether the account is suspended in COA as a whole or at company level.
