I have a linked bank account; I can refresh it and see that it’s linked to bank accounts. However, when I import the bank statement lines it comes back with nothing, regardless of the date range.
Any thoughts on why? This is just using Yodlee, I have the import file type set on the bank card.
Had something similar before. Try fully removing and re-linking the bank account in the Bank Account Card. Also, double-check the import format matches what the bank provides (CSV column headers). If you’re still getting blanks, it might be Yodlee cache-related, sometimes a manual export/import works better in those cases.
