lines overlapping in sales order

Dear All,

There’s an issue in AX 2009, while our 2 users creating sales order at same time lines overlap there sales order.

is there any solution of it, because we stuck over this badly.

Please check that SP1 is installed on all machins including AOS. Can you show a picture also ?

I just confirmed from our IT team SP1 with AOS is installed in all machines.
