Hi i have been trying to look for the data items line amount excluding vat and unit price excluding vat in sales line table but cannot see them but are there in the sales order subform.
can some explain where to get them and how they are calculated want to do change with new quantity created called executed quantity.

They are variables and not fields.
Depending of version NAV/BC they are calculated when you Release the Document.
where are they stored and how can i change the values based on my new calculation
am using BC for now
you can find the Variable in the Sales Order Subform page. But I would suggest that you do not change anything , but creates a new field where you modify the value.
sorry for disturbing the one am seeing is the total in a group but am looking for the one in each sales line item in the subform where once the quantity change it changes too with the unit price excluding VAT
The values you are looking for are variables, not fields, and are calculated when you release the document in BC. If you want to modify them based on the new “executed quantity,” it’s best to create a custom field in the sales line table or subform and apply your calculation there. Just make sure to test it in a sandbox first
