License information layer codes from Microsoft - how to aquire

In the past it was possible to aquire the license information (incl. layer codes (i.e. BUP)) for Dynamics AX2009 through Partnersource Voice. However I can’t seem to figure out how it’s done. Can anyone provide a step-by-step how to?

How come this has to be so difficult?

If you are admin on the partner source you can generate license file by going to your company profile and voice tab selection
