Is the License for Basic Bussines enssial. included there the Credit Memo? and how do I know if a license is has ability to have Credit Memo?hoping for your reply…TY
If youre asking if Credit memos are included in the BE license then the answer is yes. The license order template from microsoft displays the granules available in both license plans.
You can alo look through the downloads section for the 4.0 or 5.0 GranuleList ( search for = GranuleList)
Ah…ok… because im using BE license but when Im using the Credit memo,error Appear"You do not have permission to write to return Shiptment header". also try it using super LOGIN…the same error appear…Any Idea…Hoping for your reply.[:)]
then the return order might be out of license, you have to go to purchase and payable setup and unselect “return shipment on credit memo”
yes, you are right…when I uncheck the return shiptemnt in P&P and S&R setup. the Posting Is OK…thansk for advise ans support…Thanks
