We are in the middle of implementing Dynamics AX 2009. The test site was installed with EN-US and we have had EN-GB added. We can see it in the License Information but it doesn’t appear in the User/Options language list for selection. Could anyone suggest why this is?

Just to confirm if you go to the license information you have a languages tab and you have a key in the EN-GB option?
I have recently added a language to a license, imported it and reset it in the options, there is also no known MS support issue related to this (but it is 2009), so I would advise re-importing the license again. Failing that you will need to report it back to your partner or MS.
