Item with quality hold throwing info as below

Hi All,

Can any one help for this issue.

After creating the Sales Order, I tried to include the line with item which is in quality hold field in checked.After the enter of item number, I hit the enter button, then the pop asked that “This item is on Quality Hold” and after clicked Ok. After this when I placed My cursor in any place of the SO form or when I try to close the form it is not closing it is throwing the below error message.

How I have to solve this? Can anyone help me?

Is that a custom code or add-on related code in AX 4? Have you tried debugging?

Does it allows you to delete that record?
