I make the BOM Journal entries in the inventory area.The component item of the BOM item has serial number when I post the entries the program show message to me to must specific serial number of the component item.I try find where is serial number of the component item which I don’t meet it in the journal window. How do I can in this case? Can you help me?
Hi Thirawat Serial numbers do not work in BOM journals. I think this is true of every version up to 3.60 and from memory it is still an issue - but please check it, and searching on the forum will give you other topics on the BOM journal/serial number issue.
