item billed without stock in back date

Dear Friend,

in Microsoft ax 2012 it does not allow to bill if stock is not there but it allows if we post the bill in back date. how to over come this / Can anybody help in this ?

Do you want the system to post the invoice without stock?

OR

Do you want the system not to allow invoice in back date?

yes i want to disallow the system to post the invoice without stock irrespective of date

Does that mean you don’t have the stock and system allows you to post the invoice in back date and not allowing the posting in current date?

What error exactly you are getting when posted on current date?

we are not getting error but we want to disallow this if stock is not available

You said that the system is not allowing to post on the current date.

Does the negative inventory is allowed in the model group?
