Issue with the use of advanced notes on PO and SO in D365F&O

Hi,

Does any one experienced an issue with using advanced notes on purchase order or Sales order confirmation? All setup were done properly but the system does not show any text

in the related dcuments

any idea will be appreciated.

Note: Using D365F&O version 10.0.16 Update40
