We can create filters in this listing but cannot save. Is this a new bug? We have previously been able to do this. We can do it with other pages, just not the general ledger entries.

I am assuming you are on a version of BC25
There is an issue related to some of the back-end BC code and how it is interacting with the new “Power BI Reports” app.
If you are not using this new app, you can uninstall it as a quick work-around.
