Which kind of environment? And what exactly do you want to track?

If you mean environments deployed to your own Azure subscription, you can use all Azure tools available.

I’m speaking about the Sandbox test environment, I need to track the downtime and uptime of that environment, that is I want to know how long it’s been turned off and vice versa.
