But I want whether we call a web service from remote mechine. If it is possible should I deploy the Navision client to IIS inorder to get the SOAP url.

I am not sure , If i understand what you are looking for but , in order to call the Web service , you dont need to install anything on the client end.

To call from remote system, You need to make sure the NAV Web Service ip address can be access from Internet.
