Dear All If we run the inventory valuation report without defining any of the location in the location filter, the report gives the correct information. But for the same time if we run the report with defining the location filter it shows a huge value either in negative or positive even if the closing quantity is zero. Thogh if we sum the values for each location again the values are correct. Can anybody help me in this issue that why report shows the incorrect values with dimension filters. Hi, This could relate to Inventory Adjustments. Generate a report for Positive and Negative adjustments by location and I am sure you will able to reconcile the differences.
Make sure on the Inventory setup, your Average Cost Calc. Type is set to Item & Location & Variant. If it’s by Item only, you’ll get weird values if you try to do analysis by location.
